I completely understand how you feel, since I’ve been there! I know how frustrating it is to want to achieve a certain level of health and fitness…and not be able to.
What I eventually discovered was a way to ‘crack the code’ to finding what has you get stuck. The first step is to identify your ENTRY POINT. If you view your entry point as that first domino in a row of dominoes, once you knock that one over, all the others fall over effortlessly. This has created an amazing breakthrough in the weight loss equation!
And what is even more interesting, is that your entry point may not have anything to directly deal with weight loss and may surprise you.
Yes, your entry point may be adjusting your nutrition (I’m able to PERSONALIZE a food plan for you, consisting of the foods that work for you, specifically). However I cannot tell you how many times someone needs to start having fun, or begin dating. Your entry point could have something to do with your career or finances. I never know until we check it all out.
Then we identify the other critical ingredients for you (work, water, food, fun, exercise, the Loving Yourself Lean process) and we sequence those in order of priority. Again, we are positioning you for success! The sequencing is also part of the ‘magic, secret sauce!’
The proper identification of all these different components is fascinating. However, once we identify the pieces that need to shift and get you back into alignment, your efforts become easier and your body becomes more responsive!
Let me share the results one of one of my current clients. Her entry point was ‘LOVE and loving herself.’ Her goal was to drop 20-23 pounds. In less than 3 months, she has dropped 20 pounds. AND her last SIX (6) pounds were between Thanksgiving and Christmas! She even shared that if she hadn’t seen it for herself, she would not have believed it. She and her husband travelled, she was not exercising regularly. So this is someone who was releasing her LAST few pounds (which the experts attempt to say these are the hardest to lose!!!).
