I just got off the phone with one of my clients who had been challenged for some time with her weight. She had tried countless diets, exercise, all resulting in little to no results! Has that possibly happened to you?
Well, here is what I LOVE! We found the foods the best support HER (a custom-designed protocol), the movement that would best support her body, and, of course, the Loving Yourself LeanTM process (the ‘secret sauce’ added to her special recipe!)
So here are her results: She is feeling SO much better. She feels more rested, happy and optimistic. She is at times, almost in disbelief how good she actually feels.( and I guided her in how to embrace these new experiences). It’s become easy to eat the foods that support her, and enjoy the times she has her special treats! (I ALWAYS work with my clients to enjoy those special times!)
She even is finding it easier to make time to move her body!
And, even if she was taking better care of herself in the past, it would have ALL fallen apart during Thanksgiving week!
Well, this time, history did NOT repeat herself! She had already planned the foods she would enjoy during her Thanksgiving meal, and enjoyed it all!
Now this is the part that I really love!
Over the weekend, she started ‘wanting’ another special treat meal. She struggled with it for a bit, then eventually ‘leaned into’ her feelings. The struggle came from being worried that she was ‘slipping back’ to her old patterns. She was concerned that this would open up Pandora’s box, and she would not be able to stop.

In the past, she would have gotten some food, maybe tucked away from others, feeling like she was ‘sneaking’ her treat. Instead, she decided to get what she wanted and sat down right in the middle of where her family had congregated.
So she ate her meal, enjoyed every bite……AND…once she finished she was SATISFIED!
This would have never happened before!
What she got to experience was how she could honor her ‘wanting,’ her FEELINGS, and by doing so, she also realized that she could now be satisfied with just that! Isn’t that wonderful? This small ‘exercise’ for her turned into a huge learning experience and also strengthened her self confidence in her ability to take good care of herself!
AND, the next day, she was ‘back on the horse’, into her more regular schedule.
Then, there was also ‘the moment of truth,’ where she also decided to weigh herself.
She admitted she was a little nervous (isn’t it a shame how we put too much meaning on those numbers??)…..however, she discovered she was just a tiny shy of releasing ONE more pound during Thanksgiving week! A total now of 10!!
So in my world…I call that a HUGE victory! And that’s why I feel so blessed to able to offer people a NEW, better and easier SOLUTION to weight loss!!
